When the weather in Charleston finally begins to cool down from the intense heat, the mild warmth paired with a gentle breeze creates the perfect setting for dining outdoors. Almost every weekend, we have friends over, hop in the pool, fire up our grill, and enjoy dinner outside. Whether it’s a family dinner or a simple moment with a bottle of wine after the children are asleep, we love spending the last few moments of our day outdoors, when it’s not nearly as unbearably hot outside. I’ve been setting my table with new pieces from my most recent collection with Pottery Barn. I’ve been using our rattan placemats daily (which have sold out!), our new dinner plates that call to fall, and our Goldie printed tablecloth also sets the perfect backdrop for it all. These pieces inspire a love for outdoor dining that captures the essence of the season. See below for more al fresco dining pieces to inspire your next meal outdoors!
